~BLOG 5.......*PART TWO*....God Fulfilling Prophecy By Pouring His Spirit Out On All Flesh~

Part Two….

CONTINUED......

The use of the word "skotos", in my opinion, applies to 2 types of darkness. The first type of darkness that will fall will be on the hearts and minds of the men that have rejected God. The second type of darkness will be the darkness that will fall on all creation as a result of man's darkened heart.

God will give these men with darkened hearts over to a reprobate mind. The following description is taken from Burton Coffman's online commentary and clearly describes what is meant when "men are given over to a reprobate mind."

He states, "it is written that "God gave them up," and, in each instance, reference is made to the principle of retribution. God's giving people up was not capricious, but founded upon the righteous premise that such conduct deserved the adverse judgment it received. There is also observed here the concept of punishment fitting the crime, or "retribution in kind"; for it is not said merely that God gave them up, but that "even as" they had refused to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them over to a reprobate mind, making their reprobacy correspond to the reprobate act of forsaking the knowledge of God. The same thought is expressed in Rom. 1:27 where the judgment was mentioned as one that "was due."

(1)

Part of God's Judgment for refusing to acknowledge and by rejecting the pouring out of His Spirit. God decided to give them over to the gods of behaviors that were too disgraceful to even mention. God gave them over to true gods…the idols of lust, immorality, and all manner of evil.

The darkness that came upon the hearts and minds of men did not just stop with them but rather carried over to all creation.

The Earth is affected by the actions of man. Jesus Himself said that if His Disciples and Followers were quiet, "the very stones would cry out in praise" (Luke 19: 38-40). The Psalms have several praises that include the praises of the Earth and all creation…not just man. (Psalms 66:4, Ps 150:6 to name a few). God gave man dominion over the Earth (Genesis 1:26), therefore what divine decisions he makes affect all creation around him.

If the all creation on the Earth is involved in the praise of the Lord, then when part of that creation deters from praising the Lord, all parts of creation are effected. Each creation has a special way to praise the Lord; whether it be stones or humans, God gave us each the innate desire to praise and worship Him. How one creation praises or does not praise God affect all creation. When man sins, turns away from the God Who created all, and does not praise God but rather praises himself.

When the verse begins with the "sun darkens and the moon turns to blood" I personally believe that this is signifying the darkness that will come over the Earth as a result of man's actions. Yes, many in the world will benefit from the outpouring of God's Spirit but the number of people who reject God in spite of all His signs, wonders, and love will grieve and limit the praise of all creation and cause it to enter into the darkness described above.

I believe that God in His great mercy will forgive any of those men that turned to a reprobate mind. In Acts 2:21, He says," and it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." The Lord will still save *whosoever* calls on His Name; even at the time of the great falling away, God still seeks to restore covenant with man and will forgive all who genuinely come before Him with their whole heart. Please see the verses below.

These verses are a continuation of the same line of discussion.

MATTHEW 24:12-14

12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. [Original Transliterated Greek reads "Because lawlessness is increased, most people's love will grow cold.] 13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the entire world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

All – Original Transliterated Greek-"Pas" – means individually …each, every, any, all, the whole, everyone, all things, everything …collectively…some of all types

The verses in Matthew reiterate the great falling away of mankind. Lawlessness will *increase* and those who sin will be given over to a reprobate mindset. This mindset will cause the love of many to grow cold. But Jesus always provides an escape; He says that all persons who endure to the end will be saved. He also promises that every man will be given this chance of escape when He promises that "all" nations will hear the word of God. Notice the Greek transliteration of the word "all" is defined as "each individual, the whole of everything, the collectivity of every[one]."

All man will hear the Word of God. All mankind will be given the choice to choose God or to choose rather to worship their own self-resurrected idols of behaviors that are too "vile" to mention.

Jesus describes the effects of those whose love has waxed cold and whose reprobate mindset has possessed them. Their sin will be the cause of their own decline of their individual humanity and that of the world around them. The consequences of their attitudes are clearly stated below…

Mark 13:5-13

5And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: 6for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 7And when ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. 8For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.[ Original Transliterated Greek reads - "For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be earthquakes in various places; there will also be famines. These things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.]

9But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them. 10And the gospel must first be published among all nations. 11But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. 12Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. 13And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Endure – Original Transliterated Greek - "Hupomeno" - to remain to tarry behind….to remain i.e. abide, not recede or flee …to preserve: under misfortunes and trials to hold fast to one's faith in Christ …to endure, bear bravely and calmly: ill treatments

Saved – Original Transliterated Greek – "Sozo" - to save, keep safe and sound, to rescue from danger or destruction …to save one (from injury or peril)….to save a suffering one (from perishing), i.e. one suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health….to preserve one who is in danger of destruction, to save or rescue…to save in the technical biblical sense …to deliver from the penalties of the Messianic judgment…..to save from the evils which obstruct the reception of the Messianic deliverance.

Their decision to rebel against and refusing to attest that God is the Only True God will result in consequences for humanity as well as all creation. Jesus, above, clearly describes these consequences as famines, wars, deception and those who practice it. The lawlessness of mankind and the reprobate mind that accompanies such an attitude will result in the "love of many growing cold."

The lack of love among these men will result in the torture and persecution of those who choose to acknowledge God as the One True God. Jesus describes families turning against one another, His Followers being beaten in public places, experiencing hatred amongst their fellowman, and betrayal from all that they hold dear.

Jesus does, however, give a promise of comfort for those that suffer persecution for His Name's Sake. He says that they will not need to worry or premeditate about what to say in their defense; He will provide them with a testimony that will glorify Him. He also says that those who endure to the end will be saved.

Please note the Greek definitions given above for endure and for saved.

According to the transliterated Greek definition, those who endure will be those that do not flee and remain even in times of persecution for Jesus' Name sake. The definition goes on to say that they will be preserved under misfortunes and trials and will hold fast to their faith in Christ. They will bear their persecutions bravely and calmly because Jesus promises that there will be no need of a premeditated defense; He will be there with them in their hour of need.

Jesus does not stop there when speaking of the comfort that will be given to those who are persecuted for His Name's sake. Not only does He promise them calmness and bravery, He promises them the gift of being "saved."

According to the transliterated Greek definition, to be saved means to be kept safe and sound. Their earthly persecutions are just a "blip" on the radar of eternity. Eternity, for those who endure, will be a place of safety, of healing, of preservation for their souls. Jesus will save them and keep them for all eternity. They will worship Him forever and ever and continually praise His Name for His mercy endures forever (throughout eternity) and His Love is never quenched.

Which brings us to the last point of this discussion.

Are we in the last days and are we witnessing a pouring out of God's Spirit?

Are we seeing a great falling away?

Are we seeing an increase in lawlessness, and reprobate hearts that cease to love?

Are we seeing people believe on the miracles of Jesus and acknowledge Him as the Son of God?

Are we seeing those who acknowledge Him being persecuted or even killed for their faith and testimonies?

How is God revealing Himself to mankind?

What is happening today that would create an atmosphere that is conducive for God revealing or not revealing Who He is?

The most obvious place that God is *NOT* revealing Himself is in America. America, the land of prosperity, lukewarm passivity, and self-gratification. America, once, was a nation that sought after Her God. She was a nation that sought God with all of Her heart. However, an attitude of lawlessness, continual worship of self-idols of vile and unspeakable behavior, and an utter rejection of all that is holy and righteous has caused God to remove His hand and give America over to a reprobate mindset.

I do believe and see a great revival and outpouring of God's Spirit in every country in the world. God is pouring His Spirit on all mankind but is specifically searching for those without a reprobate mind. He is searching for those that are seeking Him with all their heart, soul, mind, body, and strength. He has a banquet table full of the food of His Blessings to satiate the hunger of those that hunger and thirst for righteousness. He is performing signs and wonders so that those who do not or have not known Him will seek Him with a yearning and hungry heart.

Based on news reports and testimonies, the group of people that God *is* revealing Himself to consists of those who practice Muslim and Islamic walks of faith. He is also revealing Himself to those few here in America and other parts of the world that stand out as a peculiar treasure among swine….pearls of great price….these are the ones that He is miraculously revealing Himself too.

Please consider the articles and video testimonies provided below….these demonstrate miraculous demonstration of God pouring out His Spirit on all Who seek Him with all their heart. These articles are mostly testimonies from former Muslims to whom Jesus revealed Himself either in a dream or vision.

More than 40% of Muslims have converted to Christianity the world over. Never in history have so many accepted Jesus based on testimonies, dreams, visions, and personal revelations alone.

There are also a video or 2 that show the personal testimony of people that are not of the Muslim or Islamic persuasion.
